  • As of the end of October, you had the following quotes. Proposal 1: Baxley Dock $38,000, Proposal 2: Harborside Remodeling (not received yet), Proposal 3: Toby estimated 36,000 (waiting for hard copy of quote). Please get a quote from Chuck with Crawford Construction, 843.870.9560. We have recently had work done by them at Windswept - we have found them to be very good. The Windswept regime manager is very happy with them as well. Project should be complete by end of March. Please provide the November update below.
  • As of the end of October, you indicated roof repairs will be around $80k. Is this an accurate number? That work is scheduled to begin Tuesday 12/13 and will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Is that accurate? You mentioned in a recent email that ABS is supposed to prepare a scope of work for the storm-related shingle repair and the main roof. Is there a possibility that we will replace the entire roof this winter, not just the penthouse roof? Please provide the November update below.
  • As of the end of October, it is understood that you are still waiting for a scope of work from the insurance-hired ABS. When do you anticipate receiving that scope? When you do, please get a quote from Chuck with Crawford Construction, 843.870.9560. Please provide the November update below.
  • As of the end of October, you indicated you were not certain if insurance would cover villa damage. Have you determined whether insurance will cover interior damage? If so - have you recieved damage reports from the owners? What is the deductible that must be met? Please provide the November update below.

  • As of the end of October, you indicated this work was on hold until regime repairs were complete. Can we expect these repairs to be complete by March so that carpet can be installed by the end of March? Also, please indicate the details here (cost, installer name, style and color of carpet, etc.) so we will have the info for quick reference in the future.
