They have addressed every last detail and make the Kiawah experience fantastic.  I appreciate their communication and availability if needed. This is a lovely condo, perfect for two people to get away. It is a small space, but they made the MOST out of it. It is on the first floor, but does require an easy flight of stairs to enter and exit. The walk to the beach is just through the parking lot and between the condos that are on the beach. The walk takes 3 minutes or less and is flat and easy. The interior of the condo is exceedingly clean, updated, and all finishes are warm and rich. The linens are soft and comfortable. The king bed is a little high and could be hard to climb into if you have mobility challenges. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was also very organized and clearly cleaned between every stay. Jeanette was a gracious host, and we were delighted with the flowers and deviled eggs she left for us! Just a class act. Extra comfortable!! Not lacking any thing whether you are cooking in or dining out. Bedding, linens, bath rugs and towels are very plush!!! Overall design is beautiful and functional - offers a very neat, practical, clean place to stay. Nice bonus— fresh flowers and deviled eggs upon arrival.

The room scents are a little overwhelming especially if you have asthma or sensitivity to perfumes but other than that this is an extremely nice place. It has a flavor of a five star hotel. Can see the ocean from upstairs bedroom and it’s a 4 minute walk to the beach. Alligators and beautiful birds sunning on the lagoon out back!!

The back patio furniture is very comfortable however the cushions (by comparison to the love given inside) are very moldy and need replacing.
