Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as fair as possible while keeping things simple for everyone. Here’s how our policy works to protect both you and our small family business:
- More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund – no questions asked.
- 30–60 days before arrival: 50% refund to help cover the lost booking opportunity.
- Within 30 days of arrival: No refund, as it’s tough to rebook the property on short notice.
Need to Change Your Dates?
We’re happy to help adjust your stay if possible:
- 30+ days before arrival: A $150 change fee applies. The new booking rate must be equal to or greater than your original rate. Any funds you’ve paid will go toward your new stay.
- Within 30 days: Changing dates is treated as a cancellation. The deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking with a new deposit will be required.
