All properties offer plenty of down-filled pillows (as well as down-alternative pillows in the closets), duvets, heavenly bed linens, and super comfy mattresses. Read our blog to see exactly why our beds are so special!

Each property is furnished with a full-sized refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, blender, microwave, range, washer/dryer, pots & pans and all cooking and eating utensils. You’ll find plenty of spices, dishwashing soap, Saran wrap, aluminum foil, Ziplock bags and paper towels.

Each property offers a full washer, dryer, and dishwasher, along with plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher pods.

Each property offers a coffee pot (with reusable filters), French press, and Keurig (with K-cups).

Per the Town of Kiawah, grilling is not permitted on decks of any villas (condos), nor in any of the parking areas.  However, grills are allowed on the decks of cottages and houses.  If you are renting a house or cottage – please check the listing to see if it includes a grill.

When comparing Kiawah Island Getaways to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, it really comes down to what you value most during your stay. The Golf Resort is perfect for golf lovers—they offer fantastic golf courses along with golf discounts and have a splash pool that’s a big hit with kids. So, if you’ve got kids or you are planning to play many rounds of golf, the Golf Resort is a great choice. Kiawah Island Getaways is all about providing a top-notch, comfortable stay, focused on cleanliness and comfort. That’s our niche, and that’s what we do best. Check-in is easy. We will email you the address and directions to the property. Simply print and bring these directions with you when you come or use your GPS. Check-in is any time after 4 PM (unless you have arranged and paid for an early check-in). We will also email your vehicle pass that you may print it at home prior to your arrival.  Having the pass printed and set on your dash will save you a long wait at Kiawah’s front gate (get in the quicker right lane) when you arrive. The front gate is open 24/7.  Once through the gate, drive directly to the property. All properties are equipped with an electronic doorknob or dead bolt that opens with your unique 4-digit code (which we also will email/text to you). With no keys or key cards to worry about, access to the property is easy for adults and kids alike!

None of our properties are pet-friendly. However, there are several accommodations that accept pets on Kiawah. Visit vrbo.com and filter for pet-friendly properties. Be sure to read the reviews. Once you determine which accommodations suit you the best, book directly through the property management company and avoid paying the vrbo $$ finder’s fee.
