It’s a great location and a lovely place. Extremely clean and well organized. Be prepared though to strip the beds, start the sheets, start the dishwasher, and empty trash.

All around a fantastic and professional experience! This was the best experience I have had with a rental company in years and years! The villa was clean, management was extremely helpful, and the unit was decorated and outfitted with such nice things. The fluffy towels, soft sheets, luxury soaps, quality kitchen items…everything has such a nice touch. There was even music playing and lights on when we arrived, like a nice hotel. Would not hesitate to rent from them in the future. Loved Kiawah and loved Kiawah Island Getaways. Others should take notes and see what a good rental agency is like!

Walked in to sweet touches; lights on, smelling clean, fresh flowers on the table, video on the TV. All so welcoming. Beach access right there. Close to gate and Freshfields Village. Jeanette & Shawn could not have been more communicative and helpful. Super all around!

What a great location within the island, and easy to walk to the beach! The rooms were spacious and beautifully balanced. All the amenities were thoughtful and made the stay comfortable. We loved our week here! Will be back!

Kiawah Island Getaways has it all together! When walking in you could feel the comfort, warmth, and wow! It was so nice to be able to work with the Lawsons directly on questions and needs….I would not hesitate to stay in any of their properties, unseen!

Jeanette was helpful & responsive when planning our first trip to Kiawah. Our Windswept villa was beautifully decorated, well appointed and most of all CLEAN. The beach is beautiful on Kiawah. Even on a rainy day we enjoyed the ocean views from our comfy bed! Jeanette shared so many tips to compliment our stay. Things that we would not have ever been aware of. Our favorites were dining at the Ocean Course Clubhouse (ahh-mazing views) and relaxing in the lounge at the beautiful Sanctuary Hotel!

Jeanette and Shawn make finding, renting and enjoying a Kiawah Island property a “breeze”. We’ve rented more than 15 villas, homes, or townhomes on Kiawah and the Lawson’s service, attention to detail and love for the island surpass any we’ve experienced. Our villa was top notch – beautifully decorated (and I’m very picky), perfectly appointed (laundry detergent pods laid out on a decorative tray – OMG!), and soo clean (including ZERO mold or mildew – a miracle on a humid island). The Breeze at Seascape has three features we especially loved. The large deck overhung with a live oak branch and perfectly framing the ocean view. A beautifully stocked library that beckons you to reserve extra days to fit in more reading. An ingeniously designed stairway to the loft that’s darling for kiddos and a tantalizing hideaway for the adults. Comfy beds, lots of seating, great finishes, amazing cook’s kitchen and just enough personality to be welcoming round out the “pluses”.

The villa is just as pictured and described, great view, location, nice size for our family with 2 teenagers and senior parents. Did I mention the view from the family room and main bedroom? Beautiful sunrises! The beach was great, saw dolphins on our last day. Access to beach was easy, rode our bikes everywhere.
