We were 2 couples with an additional friend who stayed for several days in April. The villa was in perfect shape and offered all of the amenities that one would look for on Kiawah. Everything was made easy and with luxury. In addition, any and all of our questions were answered promptly. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

The bed was very, very comfortable with lovely linens. Plush hand and bath towels. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding on the beach and the many trails on the island. Highly recommend!!
We stayed at The Shade at Seascape which was on the ground level and very close to the beach. We loved it! The place was very stocked with all of the amenities you would need. One thing that set this experience apart is that the owners were very responsive and had great communication. They even gave us a week’s supply of things like dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, trash bags , paper towels and shampoo and body wash. We even had fresh flowers waiting on is and a personalized note upon our arrival! Things like this will have us coming back again using this company! Exceptional!!!
We really enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. It was very clean and very well appointed and decorated. Many extra details were covered and appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Great Place. We enjoyed. High end amenities. Lots of windows. Well lit. Great view of the ocean. Great place to relax and recharge. Would stay again without hesitation.
Great location with a very healing environment. We felt so relaxed here! Beautifully appointed unit exactly like the photos. Clean. Super comfortable beds. The property manager was very accommodating and installed several window screens for us so we could open the windows. We’d love to return, but the non-refundable deposit a year in advance is something we’re not comfortable with. Be sure you’re up to dragging your luggage up a steep and slippery wet flight of exterior stairs.
This place exceeded our expectations and was an amazing place for a get away. The details and decorating were beyond any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Plus, the views from the patio and upper bedrooms were phenomenal. It was wonderful to wake up to the sunrise every morning. The communication with the owner was a bit cold and unfriendly, but she responded quickly to any question. The check-out process was also a bit more complicated than any we’ve experience… needed to go through an online checklist to confirm we did everything we were supposed to do before leaving. Other than this it was a wonderful experience and we’d highly recommend it!
