Everything was perfect. The property was immaculate. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms for the whole family. Check in and check out were very simple. I would definitely stay there again when renting at Kiawah. We’ve been going to Kiawah for over thirty years now and I think this is one of the best rentals I’ve had on the island.

We are about to head out and I want to sit here in your villa and think back on our vacation. We picked a most excellent vacation destination when we selected Kiawah and more specifically the Shade villa. We could not have been more pleased. This villa is so well cared for. The linens are top quality, the kitchen is filled with everything one would need to enjoy meals at home. With literally steps away from the beach we enjoyed the sounds of the waves and spent hours sitting on the beach and enjoying the scenery and making new friends. We felt very safe and hope to return one day. Thank you for your attention to detail and making sure we had everything we needed. The communication you provide your guests before, during and I am sure after we leave has been reassuring and comforting to us.
First time in Kiawah and staying with Shawn and Jeanette but hopefully many more in the future. The inside was literally stunning and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The beds were also the most comfortable I’ve had at a rental property. They’ve thought of everything you need and are clear in the check in and check out procedures. Overall a fabulous experience.
