Full Service Kiawah Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental
- Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up for rent all along the dunes from 9AM to 4PM (seasonally).
These full-service canvas beach chairs and umbrellas are set up each morning, from March to October, by the Kiawah Island Beach Service. Rentals are available to any boardwalk location (private or public) on Kiawah’s Beach, except for the County Park and beyond boardwalk 40. Set-up is normally between 9 and 10 am, take-down is normally between 4 and 5 pm. Umbrellas and beach chairs may be reserved directly with the Beach Service on the beach.
How to Reserve?
Just take a seat in any chair marked “For Rent” beneath an umbrella. A beach service representative will come by to assist you. These are set up through an outside vendor and are NOT available through this website.
Bring or Rent your own Beach Chairs and Portal Beach Shade
Bring or rent your own beach chairs year round and place them any where you like! Set your chair by the waves, dip your toes in the water and bring them up with the tide.

Guests may rent a beach shade and 2 portable beach chairs through Kiawah Island Getaways during the reservation process.
