This was our first trip to Kiawah Island and we could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. We were in town for the 1/2 Marathon and the location couldn’t have been any better. As for the villa, WOW!!! The furniture and decorations are beautiful, wonderfully stocked, cozy beds and lovely bedding! We absolutely loved it!
The villa is just as pictured and described, great view, location, nice size for our family with 2 teenagers and senior parents. Did I mention the view from the family room and main bedroom? Beautiful sunrises! The beach was great, saw dolphins on our last day. Access to beach was easy, rode our bikes everywhere.
We had a fantastic long weekend. Very romantic, superb view! Hope to visit again.
I hesitate to give the property 5 stars, because I don’t want anyone to stay there but us! We live within 90 min of Kiawha and have been going there for years. This villa is the best for two people we have stayed in. The welcome book is terrific, especially for first timers. The layout for this size typical villa of Kiawha was unique and perfect. Many tasteful upgrades had been made. This place had EVERY possible item of use one could ask to be provided. It was very clean and in a great location. The distance to the beach was 2 min 27.45 sec – with a gait length of 20.5 inches and no wind factor in play 🙂
My three friends and I experienced five glorious days in this penthouse and it was so beautifully decorated and was like my home away from home. It was pure luxury with our hosts thinking of every single thing I could possibly need. Whenever I reached out with a question, I received an immediate response. I will definitely return and highly recommend it. I know they didn’t order the beautiful weather and glorious sunrises, but … did they?
Stayed with my daughter on her pre wedding night while she stayed on with her hubby on their wedding night. It was the ideal getaway for them. And we were very pleased with how clean, comfortable, and well equipped the place was. Everything was spot on and the place was very cozy and welcoming. The bed was also super comfortable and soft. We’ll definitely be back!
The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a the most relaxing and stress free vacation. No need to pack kitchen necessities, spices, plastic baggies, or anything! Space was very clean and the amenities were top notch. Can’t speak high enough about this space. We can’t wait to come back.

You won’t be disappointed with this immaculate beachfront rental! The penthouse is exactly as pictured with two oceanfront suites and another bedroom downstairs. The ocean views from most rooms are stunning and it’s a quick 2 minute walk to the beach! This is a great rental!
