My wife and I spent 6 days on Kiawah Island at an apartment rented through Kiawah Island Getaways – the Shade at Seascape. It’s a one bedroom a very short walk from the ocean. The accommodations were top notch: comfortable King bed, two sink bathroom, giant rainfall shower, well supplied kitchen, a welcoming flower arrangement. In addition, shampoo and body wash were in ample supply, the modern washer and dryer came with detergent as did the Bosch dishwasher. Probably the most remarkable example of the service our hosts provide occurred when I notified them that the Keurig coffee maker wasn’t working. A replacement was delivered so fast that I could still enjoy my morning cups! This is a wonderful place for a couple to stay.

"Chic Beach Cottage on a Quiet Cul-de-Sac, Grill"

We had a lovely time at the Shell Seeker. The home was better than pictured, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need (and then some), proximity to the pool and the beach were great for us and our littles, and the owners were very gracious hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Kiawah Island Getaways goes above and beyond on all fronts. The communication and recommendations leading up to our trip were very helpful and thoughtful. The property where we stayed (Breeze) was extremely well decorated with high end furnishings. It was such a wonderful villa. The kitchen had all that we needed and more. They also provide dish detergent, laundry detergent and many other conveniences that I haven’t experienced before (seasons, spices, etc). The beds were SUPER comfortable and location is perfect. I will absolutely rent from Kiawah Island Getaways again and I highly recommend them to anyone traveling to the area!

This was a truly spectacular experience, the Penthouse at Windswept is literally the most beautifully appointed, clean with breath-taking sweeping ocean views. We stayed April 2021 as native Carolinians we have many options for a beachfront getaways but rest assured we will only stay in a Kiawah Getaway property henceforth. The attention to detail, professionalism and responsiveness is unparalleled, the proximity and ease of getting to the beach… this property appeals to those wanting an exclusive experience and trust, it delivers – in a pure 1st class fashion. Saying we loved every minute seems just not enough 🙂

Our stay at Kiawah Island was a magical experience for my family and me. The service we received was top-notch. I was amazed at how logistically simple the check-in and check-out process was. This villa was perfect for me and my family. The location was a few steps away from the beach. We look forward to returning next year.

"All the touches and amenities were so thoughtfully planned"

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. It was one of those rare instances, where when we got to the home, it was even better looking than the pictures. The scenes of the beach were exceptional. All the touches, and amenities were so thoughtfully planned. We will definitely be back.
