My wife, our 6 month old son, my aunt, uncle, and myself all thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kiawah Island Getaways (we stayed at The Breeze). This was our first time in Kiawah and it will not be our last. The check-in process was very easy as it’s basically non existent. The property managers handle all of it beforehand so you can get into your rental and on the beach ASAP. Upon entering The Breeze, we were all blown away by the decor. You can tell they invested a lot of time and money into making sure no detail was overlooked. It looks straight out of a Southern Living magazine. The villa is directly on the beach and although the beach access isn’t directly behind the house for our rental, it was only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The linens were super comfortable in all rooms, some of the nicest we’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in at any vacation rental or hotel. We had an issue with a small appliance not being in the home and the property managers made sure we had it the very next morning. All in all, there was nothing we disliked about the property or the experience of renting through Kiawah Island Getaways.
