From October 26 through November 20, Windswept Villas will be completing a scheduled parking lot repaving project. During this time, guests may need to park in an adjacent parking area and walk to their building.
Please keep this in mind when booking, particularly for guests with limited mobility.

The Escape at Windswept is a beautifully prepared 1-bedroom oceanfront villa on Kiawah Island’s East Beach. Designed for couples, it offers lovely ocean views, a calm atmosphere, and an easy layout that makes it simple to settle in and enjoy your time together.
Step onto the oceanfront balcony for morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or a quiet moment listening to the waves. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, so the ocean is always close.
The king bedroom is designed for rest, featuring a pillow-top mattress, memory foam topper, and soft Egyptian cotton sheets. A large smart TV, spacious walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, and in-villa washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable and convenient.
Perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or simply a peaceful getaway for two on Kiawah Island.
Please note that this property does not include access to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort pools.
To help you enjoy your time on the beach, we provide beach towels and a cooler in the property. Beach chairs, sun shades, bikes and boogie boards are also available to rent for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival date: Full refund.
- Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: There will be no refund.
- All cancellation notices must be submitted via email to HaveFun@KiawahIslandGetaways.com.
Deposit Policy
A credit card (VISA, MC or Discover) deposit equal to 20% of the rental rate (plus travel insurance, if selected) is required to confirm your reservation. However, if you are booking within 30 days of your arrival date, a 100% credit card (VISA, MC or Discover) deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
