Ocean Views From a King-Sized Bed
In the morning, enjoy the ocean view from the warmth of your plush custom-built king-sized bed. During the day, let your toes sink into the handwoven wool rugs that punctuate the property, and take advantage of the kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
In the evening, linger over the ocean views before settling into the finely-styled living room for a conversation about the day’s events or to watch your favorite movie on the large smart TV.
The master bedroom has a memory-foam topper on a plush mattress, Egyptian-cotton sheets, down-alternative pillows and a large smart TV.
Enjoy time on the deck outside the bedroom, which offers two Adirondacks completed with footstools and stunning landscape/ocean views. Don’t be surprised to find yourself spending hours here, book and glass of wine in hand.
And what is better than one deck with crazy gorgeous ocean views? Why TWO decks of course! The second deck is located off the living room and offers a bar-height table. This is the perfect spot for lunch between beach visits.
The spacious bathroom offers a double vanity, over-sized shower and separate toilet area.
Located just 30 minutes from historic downtown Charleston on Kiawah’s East Beach, this vacation property is ideally situated. The beach is unsurprisingly a favorite destination – and from here, it’s literally steps to the Atlantic Ocean. A cooler and beach towels are conveniently available in the Carmel Cottage. All you have to do is have a good time!
Beyond the beach, put some walking shoes on and check out the nearby shops and restaurants. Several miles of bike trail also wind throughout the island; rent a bike and get peddling!

Cancellation Policy
-Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date: The Guest will forfeit the deposit and any travel insurance premiums paid.
-Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: There will be no refund.
-Cancellation of a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date: There will be no refund.
-All cancellation notices must be submitted via email to HaveFun@KiawahIslandGetaways.com.
- If changing dates more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the Guest will incur a $150 fee. Rate for the new rental will be as posted on the website and must be equal or greater to the rate of the current rental agreement. Any funds currently paid will be carried forward.
Deposit Policy
A credit card (VISA, MC or Discover) deposit equal to 20% of the rental rate (plus travel insurance, if selected) is required to confirm your reservation.
However, if you are booking within 30 days of your arrival date, a 100% credit card (VISA, MC or Discover) deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This place is absolutely stunning! It is like staying at 5-Star hotel that is actually a villa. And the setting the villa is dropped in is perfect, facing the ocean with a short 50 yard walk to the water. We are already trying to figure out when we go back.
