In addition to providing you with all the items you expect in a property, you'll be especially delighted with the unexpected items we provide - plenty of dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash. And the special touches will make you smile - fresh flowers, a personalized welcome note and eggs from our own back-yard family coop when you arrive. With high ceilings, top of the line décor, lots of natural light, and a sea-inspired color palette, the living area, dining room, and kitchen serve as inviting gathering places.
The high-end kitchen features quartzite counters, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. Brew a fresh cup of coffee in the Keurig and pull a chair up to the casual bar area to discuss the day’s plans. The ultra-comfortable living room boasts a large smart TV and opens up to the deck, so you’re easily treated to incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. The super spacious deck has a comfortable sitting area as well as a bar height table and chairs perfect for a casual lunch with incredible ocean views!
At night, treat yourself to well-deserved sleep in the master suite, which has a super-comfortable king bed. The adjacent master bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a spacious walk-in shower and rain showerhead, the ideal setting for rinsing off the saltwater and sand before heading out for the evening.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a king-sized bed and private access to the hall bath on the main floor, while the third bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The kids will love spending the night in the loft, which has a queen bed and a small adjoining bathroom with sink and toilet.

Cancellation Policy
-Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date: The Guest will forfeit the deposit and any travel insurance premiums paid.
-Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: There will be no refund.
-Cancellation of a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date: There will be no refund.
-All cancellation notices must be submitted via email to HaveFun@KiawahIslandGetaways.com.
- If changing dates more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the Guest will incur a $150 fee. Rate for the new rental will be as posted on the website and must be equal or greater to the rate of the current rental agreement. Any funds currently paid will be carried forward.
Deposit Policy
A credit card (VISA, MC or Discover) deposit equal to 20% of the rental rate (plus travel insurance, if selected) is required to confirm your reservation.
However, if you are booking within 30 days of your arrival date, a 100% credit card (VISA, MC or Discover) deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
