All properties offer plenty of down-filled pillows, duvets, heavenly bed linens, beach & bath towels. 

The properties are also completely furnished with a full-sized refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, blender, microwave, range, washer/dryer, pots & pans and all cooking and eating utensils. You’ll find plenty of spices, dishwashing soap and paper towels. 

We provide a full washer, dryer, and dishwasher, along with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods.

We offer a coffee pot, French press, and Keurig. The coffee maker has reusable filters, and we provide K-cups upon arrival.

 Per the Town of Kiawah, grilling is not permitted on decks of any villas (condos), nor in any of the parking areas.  However, grills are allowed on the decks of cottages and houses.  If you are renting a house or cottage – please check the listing to see if it includes a grill.

When comparing Kiawah Island Getaways to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, it really comes down to what you value most during your stay. The Golf Resort is perfect for golf lovers—they offer fantastic golf courses along with golf discounts and have a splash pool that’s a big hit with kids. So, if you’ve got kids or you are planning to play many rounds of golf, the Golf Resort is a great choice. Kiawah Island Getaways is all about providing a top-notch, comfortable stay, focused on cleanliness and comfort. That’s our niche, and that’s what we do best. Check-in is easy. We will email you complete directions to the property along with the address. Simply print and bring these directions with you when you come or use your GPS. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM (unless you have arranged and paid for an early check in). We will also email your vehicle pass so you may print it at home and have it with you when you arrive on the island so you won’t need to wait in line at the Guard House to pick up your pass! Once through the gate, drive directly to the property. All of our properties are equipped with an electronic doorknob or dead bolt that opens with your unique 4-digit code (which we also will email/text to you). Access is so easy for adults and kids alike, no keys or key cards to worry about! The Guard House is open 24/7.

None of our properties are pet-friendly. However, there are several accommodations that accept pets on Kiawah. Visit vrbo.com and filter for pet-friendly properties. Be sure to read the reviews. Once you determine which accommodations suit you the best, book directly through the property management company and avoid paying the vrbo $$ finder’s fee.
