Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation outside of 30 days of arrival date: The deposit and any travel insurance premiums will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date: There will be no refund.
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: There will be no refund of any funds paid.
- All cancellation notices must be submitted via email to HaveFun@KiawahIslandGetaways.com.
Cancellation Alternative
Any Changes in Dates or Accommodations requested by the Guest must be submitted via email and will require a new signed rental agreement.
- More than 30 days prior to arrival date: The Guest will incur a $150 fee. Rate for the new rental will be as posted on the website and must be equal or greater to the rate of the current rental agreement. Any funds currently paid will be carried forward.
- Within 30 days of arrival date: The request will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation, deposit will be forfeited and a new booking will be required along with a new deposit.
- Travel insurance is available.
